Meet the Founders

AbilityQuest is the brain child of a married couple; both of which have Cerebral Palsy.

Rachel and Glenn Moscoso were both born with Cerebral Palsy. Rachel and Glenn finished high school and went to college where they both earned Bachelor’s degrees. Since graduating from college they have worked in the field of disability for a number of years and have seen and experienced the lack of social outlets geared toward adults with physical disabilities.

Rachel has taught adults with disabilities workplace skills for 5 years . Through her teaching she has learned how people learn and how to adapt experience to meet the individuals learning style to enrich their experience. This experience will enhance what our participants take from the events with AbilityQuest.

Glenn has 10 years of professional experience in assistive technology. This experience ensures that all of AbilityQuest’s activities are fully accessible either naturally or through the use of assistive devices.

AbilityQuest is the result of personal struggles Rachel and Glenn have experienced since high school in meeting people and making new friends.
